Personality test that is ‘bang on’ shows if you are ‘super generous’

A personality test is inviting TikTok users to unveil their character traits using an optical illusion, and many have been baffled by the accuracy of the results so far.

The challenge comes from a brainteaser enthusiast Mia Yilin, who has a track record for being spot on with her analyses.

In a recent post, the psychology fan presented her followers with a mind-bending picture depicting two figures; a mermaid and Neptune.

“If you first saw the mermaid, then you are a super generous and forgiving person,” noted Mia. “You’re always willing to lend a helping hand a shoulder to cry on when others are in need.”

By putting other people’s needs before their own, these individuals often end up repressing their true personality, noted the TikToker.

They do this “to make others happy”, but are often left feeling “very tired and drained” as a result.

Mia continued: “Sometimes it seems there is no one you can […] trust.”

Meanwhile, viewers who were first drawn to Neptune, the Roman god of the seas, are more likely to get easily annoyed by the actions of others.

“You like having things your way and feel comforted by order and consistency, which is why you cannot stand the poor habits of other people,” noted Mia.

“Whether it be someone eating with their mouth open, leaving things messy, or talking too loudly, it’s enough for you to dislike them.”

The breakdown of characters resonated deeply with the TikToker’s audience, who flooded the comment section with appreciative remarks.

Keen to share their results, one viewer quipped: “Neptune and it was bang on.”

Another followed with: “Omg you are super accurate I saw the Roman God of the sea.”
