“What kind of creatures are these?” said Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in reaction to a video showing the apparent torture and decapitation of a Ukrainian prisoner by Russian soldiers. Zelenskyy went on to say, “We are not going to forget anything, nor forgive the murderers.”
