Kate, Princess of Wales is an absolute natural with children, whether it’s her own little ones or her teeny royal fans.
The doting mum and Princess always makes time for her youngest fans when out and about, stopping for chats and giving them her undivided attention.
Kate is often spotted crouching down on the ground – even in her best outfits and heels – to give young ones a hug or handshake.
On a visit to Royal Surrey County Hospital’s Maternity Unit on October 22, 2022, Kate had a super cute interaction with a tiny fan.
Kate was filmed chatting with nurses and mums about the services available to pregnant women and new mothers.

But she received an adorable interruption from the “cutest suspect” – a little baby who couldn’t stop coughing.
Looking over concernedly at the child, the maternal Princess checked in on the teeny royal fan.
Scrunching up her nose and smiling, she asked the little baby, “You okay?”, before letting out a giggle.
The video, posted by The Royal Family Channel, was extremely popular with royal fans, amassing a whopping 263,000 likes.
Royal fans also flocked to the comments section to praise the Princess for her sweet gesture, calling her “sweet” and “like every kid’s mum”.
