Usually, a free Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) from the supplier, home visit and report could be worth up to around £120.

Recently, the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industry Strategy Grant Shapps MP announced an extra £1billion will be spent to insulate the country’s least energy efficient homes.

Raman Bhatia, the CEO of OVO, discussed why the supplier is opting to help customers in this way amid the rise in the cost of living.

Mr Bhatia explained: “Families are asking for help to cut costs and decarbonise their homes, and this is where our Energy Experts step in.
